We hear... that ex-NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani will swing through five states in three days next week: he'll raise money for DeWine in Ohio, Hutchinson in Arkansas, Baar Topinka in IL, Santorum in Pittsburgh, Swann in PA and Ehrlich in MD....
